We Have a LOT for You to Do
PHS runs entirely on volunteer power. From clinic days to fostering animals to writing blog posts — every skill is needed. Here’s where you can make a difference.
🏥 Clinic Volunteers
- Accounting — manage clinic finances, client payments and animal records
- Patient Coordinator — manage intake, medical info and client billing
- Yard & Building Maintenance — grounds, painting, general upkeep
- Photographer — capture clinic days and feral cat clinics
🎉 Events & Fundraising
- Products Coordinator — manage t-shirts, mugs and consignment inventory
- Events Coordinator — plan fundraisers, schedule volunteers, work events
- Photographer — document PHS events and community outreach
📣 Public & Media Relations
- Blogger — share PHS stories on social media and the website
- Writer — produce articles on events, rescues, adoptions and volunteers
🐕 Rescue & Adoption
- Emergency Response — evaluate emergencies, coordinate transport to vet care
- Foster Parent — provide a temporary home for rescued dogs and cats
Education Director Needed
PHS desperately needs an Educational Director to organize pet-education programs for owners at clinics and for primary schools in Seine Bight and Placencia — including dog washes and the Be Kind Belize program.
